«Occupying Another Home (A Self-Invented Residency)» emerges from the idea of a consent occupation as an act of vulnerability, transgression, and trust. Transformed into an imaginary art residency, the artist granted full access to her home to fellow artist and friend Milica Jankovic, who would occupy the apartment and leave her trace by intervening spaces and belongings. The project was then compiled into a book that works as a dialogue between both artists about their shared intimacy and the open possibilities of an artistic process that is rooted in love, generosity and friendship, rather than property and isolation.
